This page is for the MSPIL Cane Farmer app (com.mspil.cane.farmer), run by Mahakaushal Sugar & Power Industries Ltd (MSPIL), which holds your data.
How to ask
Use any one of these:
- Call the cane office and ask to delete your app account.
- Email clearlane83@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Cane Farmer account”, and include your registered mobile number and grower code.
- Tell your cane manager — their name and number are in the app under Help.
- Visit the cane office at the mill, Village Bachai, District Narsinghpur.
We check that the request comes from you (for example by calling your registered mobile number), finish the deletion within 30 days, and tell you when it is done.
You can also sign out in the app and uninstall it at any time; that removes the app’s data from your phone.
What we delete
- Your app PIN or password hash.
- Fields you mapped in the app (unless MSPIL staff have already surveyed that field for the mill’s crop records), and open parchi, harvester or transport requests you made in the app.
What we keep, and why
- Your grower registration, parchis, tokens, weighments, payments and the bank account your payments go to. These are records of cane bought and paid for. Indian law requires the mill to keep accounting and tax records (at least eight years under the Companies Act, 2013), and they are needed to pay you anything still owed. The mill keeps them whether or not you use the app.
To use the app again later, ask the cane office to set up your app login.
MSPIL staff (Cane Field Manager app)
Staff app accounts are created and closed by MSPIL’s administrator. When employment ends the account is switched off. Staff can ask the administrator to remove their profile photo at any time.

हम पक्का करते हैं कि कहने वाले आप ही है (जैसे आपके रिकॉर्ड वाले मोबाइल नंबर पर कॉल करके), 30 दिन के अंदर खाता हटाते हैं, और हो जाने पर आपको बताते हैं।
आप कभी भी ऐप में साइन आउट करके उसे अनइंस्टॉल कर सकते हैं; इससे ऐप का डेटा आपके फ़ोन से हट जाता है।
हम क्या मिटाते हैं
- आपके ऐप पिन या पासवर्ड का हैश।
- ऐप में बनाए आपके खेत के नक्शे (अगर MSPIL कर्मचारी उस खेत का सर्वे मिल के फ़सल रिकॉर्ड के लिए कर चुके हैं, तो वह रखा जाता है), और ऐप से किए पर्ची, हार्वेस्टर या ट्रांसपोर्ट की खुली रिक्वेस्ट।
हम क्या रखते हैं, और क्यों
- आपका किसान रजिस्ट्रेशन, पर्चियाँ, टोकन, तौल, पेमेंट और वह बैंक खाता जिसमें पेमेंट जाता है। ये ख़रीदे और चुकाए गए गन्ने के रिकॉर्ड हैं। भारतीय क़ानून के अनुसार मिल को हिसाब-किताब और टैक्स के रिकॉर्ड रखने होते हैं (कंपनी कानून, 2013 के अनुसार कम से कम आठ साल), और आपका कोई बकाया पेमेंट करने के लिए भी ये ज़रूरी हैं। आप ऐप इस्तेमाल करें या न करें, मिल ये रिकॉर्ड रखती है।
बाद में ऐप फिर इस्तेमाल करना हो तो केन ऑफ़िस से अपना ऐप लॉगिन बनवाएँ।
MSPIL कर्मचारी (केन फ़ील्ड मैनेजर ऐप)
कर्मचारियों के ऐप खाते MSPIL के एडमिन बनाते और बंद करते हैं। नौकरी ख़त्म होने पर खाता बंद कर दिया जाता है। कर्मचारी कभी भी एडमिन से अपनी प्रोफ़ाइल फ़ोटो हटाने को कह सकते हैं।
